I am cycling across Canada. This is head and shoulders the best budget motel I've stayed in.
I always stay here when im working in the area because the hospitality is great and they always make me feel welcome and special. And the price is absolutely unbeatable for the level of comfort of the rooms. And rooms are always so clean. I highly recommend staying g here.
You'd never expect a motel in rural Sask to be this good. If I'm ever in the area again, this is where I'll be staying. Very clean and very comfortable. The couple that run this place are also lovely. 100% recommend

Motel Smila is by far the best motel I've stayed at. The owners are extremely nice, the rates are amazing, the service is above and beyond, and the rooms are kept very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
Easy on and off highway yet very quiet and clean and well hosted. I rated location as 5 star from perspective of someone who wants a good nights sleep but it was also a fun walk into town and gave us a chance to stretch our legs. I booked the place because it did not have carpet. Carpet can hide dirt. The place was very clean and bed linens were lovely. Can’t understand how they do it for such low prices. If you are someone who tends to feel that you get what you pay for, this place is an exception. Thanks Hosts and thanks for the tutorial on how to work the TV.
I am extremely pleased with the Motel, it has been renovated and looks very nice, and the cost to stay is very affordable... what i found as a bonus to this Gem of a Motel was the friendliness of the Owners Vitolii and his wife Valentyna, they were very friendly and made me feel very welcome, this isn't my first stay and anytime I need to stop in Stoughton this will be my choice Motel to stay at
How couldnt the location be five starts. Its a small town. Rooms are very well kept and look brand new. Very nice friendly owners. Unbeatable price. Beds are comfortable. If you pass through stoughton and need to stop for the night, dont look anywhere else
